Kevs Tech Solutions
Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before work begins will incur a 10% administration fee.
Orders cancelled after parts are ordered may incur restocking or return fees. Any non-returnable items will be charged in full.
Refunds
Refunds for faulty products will comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is found to be faulty under warranty.
Warranty Returns
All systems include a 12-month return-to-base warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Individual components are covered by their manufacturer’s warranties.
Warranty is voided if the product has been misused, overclocked (unless built/tested for it), modified without authorisation, or physically damaged.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure compatibility if supplying their own parts.
Customers are responsible for backing up and safely handling their data before returning any system for warranty or repair. Kevs Tech Solutions is not liable for data loss or downtime.
