By placing an order with Kevs Tech Solutions, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card, or any other method we approve.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of parts may change due to market conditions.

2. Build and Delivery Timeframes
Custom PCs are usually built and tested within 5–10 business days after payment, subject to part availability.
Kevs Tech Solutions is not liable for delays caused by part shortages, supplier issues, or delivery delays outside our control.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cancelled before work begins will incur a 10% administration fee.
Orders cancelled after parts are ordered may incur restocking or return fees, and any non-returnable items will be charged in full.
Refunds for faulty products will comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

4. Warranty and Returns
All systems include a 12-month return-to-base warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Individual components are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty is void if the product has been misused, overclocked (unless built/tested for it), physically damaged, or modified without authorisation.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is confirmed faulty under warranty.

5. Testing and Overclocking
All systems are stress-tested before dispatch.
Overclocking services (if purchased) are performed at the customer’s risk and may reduce warranty coverage.

6. Liability
Kevs Tech Solutions is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages caused by use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods or services.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure compatibility if supplying their own parts.
Customers are responsible for backing up and safely handling data before returning systems for warranty or service.

8. Intellectual Property
All designs, custom configurations, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Kevs Tech Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
