Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All custom-built PCs and components are processed after full payment has been received.
Orders are usually built, tested, and dispatched within 5–10 business days, depending on part availability.
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change due to market conditions.

Shipping Timeframes
Delivery time depends on the courier service and your location.
While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, Kevs Tech Solutions is not liable for delays caused by:
Supplier issues
Part shortages
Delivery or courier delays beyond our control

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or may be quoted separately.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty under warranty.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. Kevs Tech Solutions is not liable for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be made directly with the courier, however we will assist where possible.

International Shipping
At this stage, Kevs Tech Solutions ships within Australia only.
